How do I connect my Strava account?
When you sign up for lope, you'll be prompted to connect your Strava account via OAuth. This gives lope read-only access to your activity data. You only need to do this once.
How do I disconnect Strava?
You can revoke lope's access at any time from your Strava settings. Go to strava.com, navigate to Settings > My Apps, and remove lope. You can also email support@lopeapp.com and we'll disconnect it for you.
How do I delete my data?
Email support@lopeapp.com and request account deletion. We'll remove all your data within 30 days.
Is lope free?
Yes, lope is free during the early access period. We'll give you advance notice before introducing any paid plans.
What Strava data does lope access?
lope reads your activity data (runs, heart rate, pace, distance, elevation), heart rate zones, and basic profile info. We never write to your Strava account or share your data with third parties.
